Tried to order this twice and both times it arrived without any hardware or hooks. This is disappointing since the size and design is perfect for my space. Undecided yet if I should try a 3rd time!

Chipped rack and top rack does not stay up

Heavy duty and easy to put together, with the exception of the two screws for the top rack; the top rack does not stay in the up position on its own like I thought it would. I canβt open my cabinet door. I had to screw a hook in the wall to hold it up. It arrived with chips on the metal.
